ENTRY DONATION: Entry is $30 for the first event and $10 per event for additional events. On the day of the event entry is $35 for the first event and $15 per event for additional events. Trophies and Prizes awarded to: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place in each division.
In the event of cancellation, all events are non-refundable and are considered a charitable donation.
NOTE: It is the SURFER'S responsibility to be on time for the heat. No wake up calls provided! First heat begins at 8:00 am.

Liability Waiver: In consideration of acceptance of my application for the Chip Miller Surffest, I hereby release the Chip Miller Charitable Foundation, Borough of Ocean City, Cape May County, New Jersey, their agents or members and any sponsors or persons directly related to the competition from all liabilities for any injuries or damages whatsoever arising from my participation or presence at this competition. I hereby assume all risk of injury from my attendance and/or participation in this event. Release is also given for the use of any photography, film video taken during this event for the advertising of the Chip Miller Charitable Foundation and their sponsors. All other videos, film and photography cannot be used without the written consent of the Board of Directors of the Chip Miller Charitable Foundation. The contest committee reserves the right to adjust the contest to meet the needs of the day.
